Despite the name of the blog, this forum is not intended to completely discredit the value that CVs or resumes add to certain networking and recruiting interactions, but to challenge the lack of evolution of the recruiting process in today’s world. The first post titled “No more Resumes!” is meant to stimulate thought and continued conversation through community feedback, future articles and possibly a revolution. Resumes need to catch up in this digital generation. Let’s challenge this old tool and have a conversation on how we may be able to build our self brand to better represent our values and contribution to the labor market.
